KYC verification requires two documents. First, a government-issued photo ID — a national identity card (KTP), driver's license, or passport. If a deposit or withdrawal fails to complete, money is typically returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. For example, if a e-wallet or mobile banking transfer times out, your e-wallet balance is restored automatically. For bank transfers via local payment or online payment, a failed deposit appears as a rejected transaction in your bank statement and returns within your bank's standard timeframe. If your money does not return after three business days, or if a transaction appears deducted from your bank but not credited to cointogel, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number.
